Paul Freudenthaler

Mr. Freudenthaler is an independent director nominee for our board. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer at CPS Graphics, Inc., DBA Tambourine, a leading provider of digital marketing solutions to the hospitality industry, and Secretary for the Board of Directors at Freight Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: FRGT).

Mr. Freudenthaler has also previously served as the chief financial officer for several leading companies in the U.S. and Mexico, such as Macquarie's investment banking and fund operations in Mexico City, Old Mutual's pension operations in Latin America, and Ascentium Capital, at the time, the largest independent small business lender the United States.

Mr. Freudenthaler earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business, a CPA License from Texas State Board of Public Accounting, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Economics from the University of Calgary, Canada.
